Gain of Spousal Coverage
An employee can waive his/her right to health and dental benefits under RCC's program if comparable spousal coverage is available.
1. Notify Morneau Sobeco in writing that the employee wishes to waive the health and or dental coverage due to ‘spousal waiver’ and indicate the effective date of the change
